ECA also conducts several meetings a month featuring Safety (See Something, Say Something, Do Something), Traffic Safety, Traffic Devices, Road Setups, as well as Traffic Safety Simulation Training.

We understand that as there are many different types of personalities commuting, jogging, bike riding, crossing the street or school aged pedestrians, our staff also has different personalities and in many instances personalities can clash. ECA does not believe in “Dead End Employment “. ECA believes in growth, So positions within the company become available making qualifying staff into management, but it doesn’t stop there. ECA encourages their employees to get trained and become certified in many other aspects of infrastructure so that they are able to grow with the company and stay competitive at the same time.
